Seasonal Rates:    

 Standard: $900/night

Low Season (September & October): $795/night   

 

Holiday Rate*:       

Spring Break & Thanksgiving: $1,100/night  

Christmas & New Years: $1,200/night

*5 night minimum stay

Rates are for exclusive use of the entire house and include daily light house cleaning.  14% hotel tax and service fee will be added to the rate.

Groups with more than 8 guests will incur an additional fee of $100/night per guest.  11 guest maximum occupancy.
