Breakfast  

 

Fruit: Apples, Banana, Cantaloupe, Grapes, Mango, Oranges, Papaya, Pineapple,Watermelon (Seasonal:  Peaches, Strawberries, Avocados)

 

Smoothies & Fresh Juices:  All fruits can be made into fresh fruit smoothies and cantaloupe, oranges, pineapples, & watermelon can be made into fresh squeezed juices.

 

Protein: served with beans, homemade tortillas, bacon and/or sausage (optional)

  • Eggs (scrambled, fried or boiled)

  • Huevos a la Mexicana (eggs scrambled with onion, tomato & peppers)

  • Omelet (with choice of ham, cheese, bell pepper, onion, mushroom, tomato)

  • Poached egg with pico de gallo

 

Pastries:

  • Banana Bread

  • Fry Jacks (Belizean Beignet or Fritter)

  • Jonny Cakes (Belizean Biscuit)

  • Pancakes

  • Homemade Tortillas (flour or corn)

 

Lunch or Dinner

 

Seafood: (Served with fresh vegetables and rice and beans, white rice, or coconut rice.)

  • Shrimp sautéed in coconut milk

  • Al Mojo de Ajo - Fresh fish filet cooked in garlic butter sauce

  • Catch of the Day - fried, grilled or baked and topped with pico de gallo

  • Fried shrimp and home made french fries, served with cole slaw

 

Local Flavors:

  • Belizean Plate: choice of stewed or bar-b-que chicken, pork ribs or pork chop, served with rice and beans, cooked plantains and choice of potato salad or cole slaw

  • Tostadas: Shredded chicken on fried tortilla topped with shredded lettuce, tomato, onion, shredded cheese and sour cream

  • Empanadas:  choice of fish, beef or chicken, wrapped in masa flour

  • Chicken fajitas, served with grilled bell peppers and onions, beans, avocado

  • TASTES OF BELIZE! - Specialty dishes from different ethnic groups and districts of Belize.  

 

Pastas & Pizzas:

  • Fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp or lobster.  Served with green salad & garlic bread.

  • Pizza: Homemade pizza dough with tomato sauce and three cheese blend (mozzarella, manchego & cheddar).  Toppings of choice.  

  • Homemade Mac and Cheese

 

Appetizers:

  • Buffalo Wings

  • Ceviche (conch, fish, shrimp or mixed)

  • Chicken Dip (Belikin Beer battered jalapeño stuffed with shredded chicken and cream cheese)

  • Nachos

 

Dessert:

  • Chocolate Cake (vanilla or coconut ice cream optional)

  • Coconut Tart

  • Flan

  • Fried Banana with ice cream (vanilla or coconut ice cream)

  • Lemon Pie 

  • Cheese Cake

** The price of cooking services is the cost of food + $50 US per day for up to 6 guests + $10 per additional guest (over 12 years of age). Includes breakfast + lunch OR dinner (limit to 2 meals per day).
